Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for handling customer complaint, organize related personnel to resolve customer complaint immediately investigate the root cause, follow up and verification the effectiveness of corrective and preventative action for improving the customer satisfaction Review and approval 8D to assure action is effectiveness.
• Define and carry out quality continuous improvement plan, for improving the overall performance
• Responsible for in-process quality management: segment quality planning, implementation status monitor, facilitating improvement activities etc.
• Arrange quality related trainings and quality system trainings, carry out management review and provide feedback.
• Maintain and improve the ISO9001 and TS16949 (or ISO14000) quality system and implements.
• Monitor, improve and control work instruction, control plans, survey PFMEA/FMEA, APQP etc

Requirement:

• Minimum 5ys of working experience in multinational company and 3yrs of supervision function. Has experience in automotive is preferred.
• Experience in Quality Rules of International Automotive industry
• Plant In-process quality management
• Familiar with all kinds of quality improvement tools, six sigma is a plus
• Fluent in English
