Key Responsibilities:
主要工作内容
- Work closely with IP design team to define IP validation test plan for both pre-silicon (emulation) and post-silicon
与IP设计团队密切合作，制定流片前（仿真）和流片后的IP验证测试计划
- Lead ASIC/ IP feature bring-up and validation, ensure coverage and schedule will meet silicon tape-out date
主导ASIC/IP功能的启动和验证，确保验证范围和进度符合芯片流片期限
- Drive cross-team (ASIC design, platform, driver) collaboration to enable IP features and optimize performance
推动跨团队协作（ASIC设计、平台、驱动程序），以实现IP功能并优化性能             
- Develop and perform silicon level memory interface characterization (frequency and time domains) test strategies and plans
制定和执行芯片内存接口的电气特性测试方案和计划（频域和时域）          
- Work with characterization team to figure out the optimized clocks/voltages for related IP domain
与芯片性能团队合作，制定相关IP域的优化时钟/电压关系模型

Preferred skills and experience:

技能与经验要求

- BS-EE / BS-CE degree or advanced degree will be considered a plus
电子或计算机相关专业学士或以上学历
- Requires a good understanding of all PC Hardware elements (CPU, chipset, I/O devices, etc.), Software (BIOS, Drivers, Operating System) and knowledge of PC architecture
熟悉PC硬件（CPU、芯片组、I/O设备等）、软件（BIOS、驱动程序、操作系统）和 PC架构知识
- Knowledge with one of follows will be considered as a plus:
具备以下知识者优先考虑：             
  - Knowledge and ability with using Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers
  使用示波器、逻辑分析仪的知识和能力             
  - Schematic and PCB layout
  设计电路原理图和印刷电路板
  - Linux OS
  Linux操作系统
