THE ROLE

Across Coty, we continue to build new capabilities and expand into new categories that will be critical to achieving long-term, sustainable growth. 

S/He will work closely with the e-commerce Director, and GC Leadership Team, and will be responsible for facilitating the ecommerce strategic plan for next 5 years, where key breakthrough strategies and business growth priorities will be articulated, from idea origination through to execution and successful delivery. In addition, this individual will also assist on delivering inorganic growth opportunities and other dedicated important projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Assist to develop the overall e-commerce strategies, to identify business opportunities and priorities that will accelerate the growth of ecommerce business.

·       Lead Ecomm forecasting by SKU by channel

·       Define and tracking monthly promotional & KCP calendar

·       Support the ecommerce transformation towards Omni-channel experience, including 1)B2B business model pilot, and 2) O2O (Salon, Store and Online)

·       Lead and develop assortment strategy to for different e-channels, work closely with global brand team to identify the local relevant innovations

·       Develop annual calendar to drive on-line business growth with key building blocks (Brand Campaigns, Key Festival, Regular promotions, etc.)

·       Develop best-in-class user experience solutions and CRM programs in platforms to highly engage with on-line shopper and drive conversion.
