Handle customer complaint and request

Support line trial when needed

支持线试需求

Provide technical advice to production department when needed

Communicate with RM supplier and explore RM related to new product development

与原材料供应商沟通,探讨相关新原料的开发

Deliver technical knowledge to fresher

提供技术知识的更新

Being involved in formula design for waterborne, UV & PU system. Carrying out experiment for R&D purpose and processing new formula

参与水性，UV&PU体系的配方设计，开展研发目的和处理的新配方试验

Job Requirements 任职要求

Academic qualification学历要求：College or above大专以上

Professional Qualification专业要求：Major in Chemical, polymer chemistry化工，高分子化学专业

Relevant Working Experience相关工作经验：More than 5 years technical experience in 3C Coatings 在电子涂料行业里至少有5年技术经验

Can develop a complete project plan and collaborate with colleagues in other departments, make sure the program completed on time and comply with the standard能制定完善的项目计划并与其它部门或同事协作，促使计划按时保质保量完成

Can handle the task alone, to deliver reliable conclusions能够独自承担任务，交付可信赖的结论

Be familiar with the professional products formula structure, well known of the role and proportion of each component熟练掌握所属专业产品配方结构，对每个组份作用及比例了如指掌

Be proficient in various construction methods, quickly and accurately adjust and choose corresponding formula according to the characteristic of the construction methods精通各种施工方法，根据其各种施工方法的特点，快速准确地调整和选择相应的配方

Be familiar with the construction parameters, could quickly identify the cause and solve the problem according to the result changed with construction parameters熟悉自身产品的施工参数，对于施工参数变化而产生的结果，能快速识别原因并解决问题

Good team management skills, good communication skills, coordination and strong psychological qualities具有团队管理能力，良好的沟通能力、协调能力和较强的心理素质

Language Requirement语言要求：

Good command on written English & spoken English良好的书面英语,英语口语

Quality management systems质量管理体系要求：Knowledge of TS16949 quality management system and DOE, Familiar with APQP, PPAP and FMEA. 了解TS16949质量管理体系及DOE，熟悉APQP,PPAP以及FMEA。
