MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a candidate to work with our Third Party Manufacturer (TPM) Color Cosmetics product development team and deal with necessary lab work (formulation, formula evaluation ). The position will require performing the technical and R&D activities needed to launch TPM developed formula for Coty global color cosmetics products as well as Coty China local color cosmetic products.

Key responsibilities include:

·        Managing multiple projects on time and to standard in a very fast-paced environment

·        Collaborating with other cross matrix teams to ensure timely project completion

·        Performing technical activities to support project launches to include product testing and document reviews

·        Communicating and interacting with TPM partners on a daily basis

·        Participating in conference calls to discuss project status, requirements and issues

·        May include local travel to TPMs to facilitate project work

·        May deal with some necessary formulation related lab work

·        This position reports to project manager

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

·        B.S. or M.S in Chemistry or related scientific field, can be  a graduate from university.

·        1-3+ years of formulating, or processing, or manufacturing experience in the cosmetics industry

·        Exceptional organizational and time management skills, attentive to details and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

·        Hands on team player with strong collaboration skills and excellent communication skills

·        Passion for beauty

·        Fluent in English, written and spoken
