职位描述Job Description:
Main purpose/objective of the position
- Providing sound financial analysis & control in new business development, existing business retain and profitability improvement, and strategic and operational initiatives in whole China region (commercial & operation).
- Driving for continuous business improvement on financial perspective.
Key Tasks
- Work closely with BD Team on risk-opportunity analysis, cost modeling and pricing strategy buildup in response to RFPs;
- Provide active support on commercial terms negotiation with customers for the Company's better positioning;
- Provide seamless internal communication on commercial terms to account management and operation team as preventive move to minimize breach/default risk;
- Provide profitability, ROI analysis, sensitivity study and scenario comparison on key strategic and operational initiatives to support senior management decision making;
- Drive for continuous improvement on the tools, methodology and work flow to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of business analysis.
- Provide proactive and constructive financial analysis to review effectiveness of operation, cost controls and financial results.
- Involve in annual plan making, communicate with other departments and regional finance to align on assumptions.
- Prepare business review reports, review and come up with key findings and opportunities to be improved.
- Act as business partner of Operation, HR etc departments. Interpret financial indicators, analyse business results, provide professional suggestions for decision making.
- Internal control including process set up, review and improvement.
- Take part in cross functional projects, provide advice and suggestions from financial point of view.
- Educates non-financial staff on financial matters.
职位要求Job Requirement:
1. Education Level:
Bachelor degree or above in Business Management / Logistics / Finance or Equivalent
2. Specific area:
Financial planning, analysis & control.
3. LANGUAGE ABILITY :
Must be fluent in English (verbal & written) & Chinese (Mandarin).
4. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years experience in business / commercial / finance analysis;
- Previous working experience in commercial organization is a plus
5. OTHER SKILLS OR ABILITIES REQUIRED :
- Be versatile and equipped with well-rounded skill set;
- Multi-task with quick turn-around expectation;
- Be able to handle ambiguity.
- Conceptual Thinking: the ability to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related, and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations;
- Customer-Service Orientation: has a desire to help or serve others, to meet their needs;
- Developing Others: has a genuine intent to foster the learning or development of others;
- Organizational Commitment: has the ability and willingness to align his/her own behavior with the needs, priorities and goals of the organization;
