某欧美知名上市公司,从事机电及精密仪表行业,拥有超过百年历史。在中国拥有工厂及销售办事处,面向中国及海外进行相关产品的设计制造,销售与服务。
职位描述Job Description:
'- Main purpose/objective of the position
?In charge of overall HR & Admin operations.
Support HR key projects & initiates
- Key tasks
In charge of overall HR operation covers recruting, payroll, training, performance management on routing basis.
Support HRM on personnel expense budgeting, analysis and tracking.
Support key projects and initiates, provide communication and guidance to leaders and employees.
Maintain the HR structure and records thus ensure the compliance with company requirements, like SOX, ISO, OHSAS, Internal Control.
Organize company events and employee activities to maintain active employee relationship. Handle complain and argument cases.
Maintain the HR information system and reports. Follow up HRIS projects.
Ensure and coordinate the on time response to the inquire and HR service request from leaders and employees.
Oversee the admin. activities of general service & reception.
Remark: this is a generalist role in HR, and it will be a good change for you to handle the overall HR operations, and build up your competencies of overall HR management.Also, you will help HRM for the new entity set up and you will have the greate chance to participate the build up of HR structure and systems.

1. Education Level:
Graduate from a 4-year bachelor degree program. Education on business management is a plus.
2. Specific area:
Expertise of HR operation, system & structures.
3. LANGUAGE ABILITY :
Must be fluent in English (verbal & written) & Chinese (Mandarin).
4. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Please elaborate):
- At least 3 years working experience in HR feild, with overall understanding of morden HR principles and structures.
- Solide capability of recruiting.
- Basic knowledge of payroll.
- Well knowledge of HR related regulation, structure, and C&B principles.
5. OTHER SKILLS OR ABILITIES REQUIRED :
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Fast learner, and with high flexibility of implementation and improving
- Curious and full of new ideas.
