1.负责处理订单和交货需求。即客户订单/出货日程的接收， 输入系统，交期回复，发货通知和处理客户的特殊需求。

Deal with customer orders and delivery request, which means Order/Delivery Schedule receipt from customer, key-in SAP System, order confirmation, delivery acknowledgment to customer and deal with customer’s special request.

2. 负责销售模块SAP系统数据正确的输入和维护, 如客户数据，价格及销售条款的维护。

Responsible for the data key-in and maintenance of SAP for Sales Section, such as customer data, price and terms & conditions. Responsible for the correctness of these data.

3.负责销售部门与财务相关的工作，如在系统中开票，邮寄发票和跟踪货款等。

Settling financial related sales dept. tasks such as make billing in system, sending invoices to customer and payment follow-up (reminding) etc.

4. 每周出货计划表的制定和寄售库库存数量管控。

Weekly report delivery plan and review our consignment stock quantity.

5.按要求定期统计销售数据和销售报表。销售报表包括日报表，周报表和月报表。

Running sales statistics and making regular sales reports per request. Regular sale report include daily, weekly and monthly report.

6.营销总监和销售经理不在，可临时代其参加公司内部的会议。

Replacing temporarily in internal company meeting the Sales & Marketing Director and the Sales Managers in case of mutual absence

7.支持销售总监和销售经理若干行政任务。

Support the Sales & Marketing Director and the Sales Managers with several administrative tasks

个人特长及特殊技能/ Personal skills and special skills

1.大专或以上有销售部助理，客户服务经验。

Colleague Degree or above, experience as sales dept. assistant, customer service.

2.良好的英语读写能力，另外会德语者优先。

Good in English（reading and writing）, additional German would be an advantage.

3.优秀的Excel, Power Point 和Windows操作技巧。

Excellent skills in Excel, Power Point and other Windows software tools.

4. 有效的沟通能力，拥有出色的人际关系技能和团队合作精神， 勤奋，积极主动。

Ability to communicate efficient, possession of excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, diligence and proactive.
