Location: Jingjiang, Jiangsu

Responsibility:
1. responsible to implement the quality strategy and framework to embed quality as a way of working. Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery
2. responsible for establishing QMS as company QM requirements and compliance
3. responsible for providing quality mentoring to process owners and business improvement managers
4. Manage QMS by providing leadership and guidance throughout the facility in the continuing reduction of quality issues processes to enhance service delivery quality to customers.
5. Determine training needs, develop materials and provide training to employees. Provide tools and methodologies to continuously improve service delivery processes.


Requirement:
1. 5+ years related work experience
2. Experience in Operations and Project Management department are a plus
3. Possess and apply a broad knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
4. Managing quality assurance and control methodology.
5. Knowledge to Six Sigma, LEAN, Zero Defects, Kaizen m.v. and Successful process improvements by enhancing process capability and maturity
6. Extensive knowledge and leadership capability related to quality matters in the processes
