1、Develop new customer and create new opportunity on existing customers with new technologies or processes.
开发新客户和利用新技术和工艺在现有的客户来创造新的机会。

2、 Obtains new customer needs & market trends to feedback to R&D / New Technology department;
找出新客户祈望需求及市场趋势，并反馈给研发和新技术开发部；

3、 Follow up quotation from RFQ till closing; Assist superior to leading for any commercial contracts negotiation;
跟进报价，从报价要求直至确认结束（授与/不授与）；协助上级主导各类型商务合约谈判;

4、 Performs any public relation works and marketing promotion works;
执行各项公关工作与及市场推广工作；

5、 Assist superior to prepare sales plans, strategies and budgets;
协助上级拟订销售计划、策略与预算；

6、 Execute the agreed sales plans & strategies according to approved budgets;
按已核准的预算来执行销售计划及策略；

7、Other departmental works assigned by superior
由上级指派的各项部门工作；

任职资格：

1、University graduated， preferred in engineering or polymer;

Fluent in speaking and written English (with CET6 or above) and Mandarin (Chinese);Fluent in German is plus;

2、At least 4 years sales or business development experience;

With manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding & tooling is preferred;

3、Good PC knowledge on MS Office & PowerPoint and strong presentation skills；Database knowledge is plus

4、 Able to work independently; Open mind and able to stand for time constraint and pressure;

Self motivate, responsible, punctual, discipline; Willing to take challenges & responsibilities with never give up spirits
