Job Description:
1. Responsibility for all the SP SSL product quality control in OKDO side.
2. Quality in development
Together with RD and marketing team to discuss DFMEA & PFMEA depended on product class (M1 to M4)
Use FMEA-method to work out KPC and CTQ with the team together
. Quality requirements, technical purchasing conditions, PP inspection plan and defect
catalogues prepared
Q-gates readiness check from Q1, related to PM2000.
3. Quality in production:
· Work with IE & supplier to set up process flow & control plan
·Join the capability and shrinkage analysis
·Initial audit/ periodical audit and PP audit on all production sides and supplier
·Coordinates the complaint management, 8D prepared
·Rohs and REACH compliance check
·Complaint/inspection result analysis and continuous improvements
4. Quality in Inspection:
·Prepare inspection instruction/plan
·Product inspection
·Follow up blocked finished products
·Monitor inspection and test result from supplier
·Work with supplier for 8D report ( for inspection ), follow up corrective action and verify the result
·Use "skip lot" regulation to reasonable exempt the inspection and maintain the product list
5. Others: Edos ZQR document upload and maintain.
·WAP report prepared.
·Monthly reporting work

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. Min. 3 years experience as quality engineer (supplier qualification & quality management)
3. Experience in electronic manufacturing or lighting products
4. Background in the relevant standards and regulations (IEC, UL, etc)
5. Be familiar with ISO 9000, TS 16949 tools (APQP,PPAP,FMEA, SPC,etc), VDA 6.3.
6. Additional education as a Quality Engineer
7. Good English Language skill, Fair computer skill, Good communication skill
8. With knowledge of relevant international standards and regulations( IEC, UL, FCC)
