RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible to develop and maintain a robust manufacturing process that exceed customer requirement, approve mold and line qualification
2. Review and approve document processes and procedures for conformance with customers and relevant agencies requirement.

KNOWLEDGE /SKILL/COMPETENCIES
1. Broad knowledge in an electronic / plastics injection molding environment, materials and processes
2. Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management and supplier management.
3. Good understanding of IT concepts and integrated business applications, basic finance knowledge is essential.
4. Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills
5. Ability to communicate effectively in the English language both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
6. Familiar with the local Customs policy and Customs declaration procedure with the bonded and non-bonded materials
7. Familiar with SAP R/3 and excellent MS computer skills, such as word, excel and power point

TYPICAL WORKING EXPERIENCE &EDUCATION
1. More than ten years' of relevant working experience of which five years in a similar capacity.
2. Automotive industry or plastic molding industry is preferred
3. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or material management, MBA is preferred.
