Education:
1.Suitable technical education (Technician, BSc, MSc or equivalent).
Work experience:
1.2-5 years of experience in the field of electronics or tester design.
Special know how:
1.Labview or C++ skills.
2.Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical matter.
3.Good knowledge of tester design methods and design tools.
4.Good knowledge of measurement equipment.
5.Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods.
6.Good knowledge of electronics.
7.Principles of databases and statistical systems and methods.
8.Principles of software design and methods.
9.Flexibility for strict schedules of deliveries.
10.Good team work skills.
11.Good co-operation and negotiation skills.
Language skills:
1.Fluent written and spoken English.
Main tasks:
Design and development of functional tests and testers for manufacturing:
1.Co-ordinate or carry out overall design of tester and test system.
2.Design needed electronics circuits for functional testers.
3.Development the functionality and quality of the testers (in the manufacturing point of view).
4.Support for mechanics design of the functional manufacturing testers.
5.Participate the implementation of the functional manufacturing testers.
Transfers for manufacturing:
1.Support the new product ramp-ups.
2.Participate the manufacturing validation of the tester.
3.Co-operate with the other corporate functions to produce the needed manufacturing documents.
Technical support for other corporate functions:
1.Technical manufacturing test and product support for quality functions.
2.Technical manufacturing tester, test method and product support for manufacturing.
Verification of the design:
1.Participate the verification of the tester design.
Other tasks:
Co-operation with customers:
1.Technical issues concerning particular product and tester.
System and platform development:
1.Participate the development of the test system.
2.Participate the development of the design of various test platforms.
Technical support for other sites:
1.Technical product support for manufacturing tests in other sites.
2.Technical tester and test method support for other sites.
3.Technical test system support for other sites.
Supporting the other design teams:
1.Manufacturing process support for other design teams (for example tester design).
Expertise:
1.Product family or customer specific expertise.
2.Test system or design tool and reporting tools expertise.
