Education:
1.Suitable technical or business education (MSc or equivalent).
Work experience:
1.Over 10 years of experience in the field of sales or account management and at least 5 years within automotive industry. Commercial vehicle industry is preferred.
Special know how:
1.Excellent communication skills and cross-culture understanding.
2.Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical matter.
3.Good team working sprit and ability to take the role of a good leader.
4.Excellent co-operation and negotiation skills.
5.Capability to create trust between company and the customer.
6.Product and process knowledge.
7.Ability to take initiative.
Language skills:
1.Fluent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
2.Other language skills are an advantage German, Japanese or Korean.
Others:
1.Willingness to travel locally and abroad.
Main tasks:
1.Start build China customer base by contacting existing global and potential local customers operating in China.
2.Successfully lead and train up a professional sales team to achieve the sales target by providing direction, follow-up, coaching and corrective action as appropriate in a well-organized structure and workflow.
3.Identify and explore potential business opportunities and develop business relationship with potential customers through different channels.
4.Work out sales concept, layout and quotes for customers inquiries in working together with other relevant functions or departments and follow up the case development.
5.Lead technical and commercial negotiation with customers and prepare the sales contracts.
6.Follow up the progress on project implementation and coordinate necessary resources.
7.Provide timely reporting and necessary study or analysis to management team locally and relevant personnel globally.
8.Responsible for communication to customers for any complaint or dispute and give the best effort to ensure the customer satisfactory and after sales service.
9.Directly responsible for budgeting and forecasting sales, selling expenses as per company requirement.
10.In charge of staff hiring, training and evaluations within sales function.
11.Coordination and communication with headquarters and sister companies when necessary.
