Requirements:

Human Resource,
Management or Relevant professional bachelor degree or above 4 years above
training and practical experience
·
Knowledge of labor Laws
and related regulations
·
Has business acumen,
strategic thinking
·
Ability to effectively
communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization
·
Good skills for
Microsoft office software and Oracle
·
Positive, initiative and
teamwork
·
Plant HR background is
preferred
Responsibilities:
Training &
Development
·
Set up training and
development system, policy establishment, strategy identification
·
Annual development needs
analysis, communication, resources search , implementation and effectiveness
assessment
·
Familiar with the
internal and external training processes
·
On-job training systems
building up and randomly check
·
New associates
orientation plan
·
Special certificate
management and administration
·
Conduct and supervise training and development
programs for employees
·
Drive training center
·
Talent Management
Solutions
·
Training
records/application maintenance
·
Internal/external audit
Staffing
· Independently handle
recruiting activities for related business lines; Deeply understand position
background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates
·
Arrange all process of
interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment
advices
·
Prepare on boarding
documents and coordinate with HR Support team to ensure new employee on
boarding process be conducted smoothly
·
Work closely with
recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness &
efficiency
·
prepare and submit kinds
of recruiting analysis report regularly
·
Other HR relevant tasks
when required
