CNC milling and lathe experience is a must
Experience with FANUC system(or similar systems)is a must
Experience with Haas machines is recommended
Sharp technical insight
Basic English communication skills

Your major responsibilities is to set up milling machines and lathes, including writing programs, in a way that the production of new products is stable and reliable.
Together with the production team leader, you are responsible for training and communicating with the operators.
You determine for every machine and product the optimal production parameters and conditions in order to deliver a stable and high quality product.
You analyze, prevent and resolve process and product problems.
You provide support by the innovation and implementation of new machines and processes.

1. 对铣床和车床进行参数设置并编写程序，确保新产品生产的稳定性和可靠性
2. 与车间主管一起，负责工人的培训和沟通
3. 为每台设备及产品设定最佳的生产参数和最佳运行状态，确保能够生产出性能稳定且高质量的产品
4. 分析、预防及解决与工艺及产品相关的问题
5. 为新设备和工艺的创新和实施提供支持
