- Role of Customs Officer in IFWU
- Set deptment target/ project and job assignment
- Material logistic (F)
Manage and control
1)Material receiving, storage, handling and issuing process to ensure material available to production & end-user with right time/QTY/quality/cost etc.
2)Finished goods receiving, storage, handling, packing to ensure FG available to dispach with right time/QTY/quality/cost etc.
3)Indirect material planning and control to ensure indirect material replenishment with right time/QTY/quality/cost etc.
4)Spare parts planning and control to ensure spare parts replenishemment with right time/QTY/quality/cost etc.
5)Inventory management to make sure warehouse space optimization, inventory level under moninoring & control and inventory accuracy under control.
6)Chemical and waste management.
7)Support for bonded cargo control under Customs compliance.
- Distribute logistic (F )
Manage and control
1) FG shipping process to ensure shipment available to DC with right time/QTY/quality/cost ect.
2) Claim
3) RMA/Freight cost
- Operation management and control SP DCC warehousing and shipping.(F)
- ISO14001 implementation and maintenance
- In order to ensure proper system for warehouse management and to promote
""- 4 years bacholar degree in logistic or relevant major
- 8+ years of relevant experience in logistic area of multinational manufacturing companies, preferrable in those mass production companies
- Solid knowledge in logistic area, including import and export, warehouse management and etc..
- Familiar with related laws and regulations in logistic area and experienced with business conduct compliance
- Experienced in freight forwarder relationship management
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- A good team leader
