MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. College or above major in Logistics Engineering, Electric& Mechanic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering are preferred
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
Special Knowledge
1. Good Command of English.
2. IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Be interested in manufacture/logistics execution system is preferable ( Computer System: MES, WMS , ERP systems)
Skill
1. Capability of learning and keen on learning
2. Capability of logistics flow setup and optimization
3. Capability of wording & writing

Collect & calculate logistics data for the whole plant, responsible for internal & external logistics flow setup & optimization

Manage & monitor the control room of the entire Materials Handling System

Support Plant Maintenance (PM) Team on the regular maintenance issues for the entire Materials Handling System

Be the troubleshooter in terms of WMS systems for the entire materials handling system；Resume each individual system / equipment after check and classify “the error code” within the entire materials handling system.

Be the key liaison person to solve some threshold system problems by remote instructions from Swisslog or from Wyeth SAP Support Team and China IS helpdesk

Be the SAP and WMS Super User, and to maintain Materials Master Data in both SAP and Swisslog WMS to develop or improve some setups

Train to WH/ Logistics Operation Team (and other team whose working area is covered by materials handling system ) on ASRS & WMS operation

Participate in & manage daily warehousing and logistics activities

Assess the KPI of cycle counting, arrange annual stocktaking, check, monitor and report inventory accuracy in different systems.

Draft equipments Work Instructions within the entire Materials Handling System

Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in his/her assigned areas and assuring the safety of all personnel under his/her supervision.
Be knowledgeable with applicable Level I and II policies, procedures and guidelines. To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities.
Take on any other duties as assigned by superior.

管理物料处理系统的监控室及所属人员；
向工程维修技术人员提供足够的支持以保证自动化物料处理系统的得到日常的有效的维护；
在瑞士格（自动化物料处理系统供应商）、惠氏SAP技术支持或中国区IT支援部门的远程指导下能解决物料管理系统的一些初级问题或因与其它系统集成所引起的问题；
检查和归类各物料处理子系统或设备的“错误代码” 并及时从新启动或恢复它们；
系SAP和WMS的高级用户并负责培训各相关区域的操作人员，同时负责相关主数据的系统维护与及时更新，负责检查和维护存货在不同系统中的准确性和一致性；
参与管理仓储或其它物流活动；配合财务人员安排与组织公司的年度存货盘点；检查公司日常盘点的各项指标完成情况， 并负责就实际情况进行报告与督促。
参与所有物流新项目的准备与执行；
负责编写与物料处理系统相关的各种设备及系统的操作指导书；
参与仓储/物流部门的各项日常工作；
向但不仅限于仓储物流部门的操作人员提供全自动化物料处理系统的日常操作培训；
在日常工作中应始终保持高度注意力、良好判断力和正确的操作方式以防止任何有害于环保、健康、安全等方面的不良事故发生。
熟练掌握和了解公司现行有效的第一、第二级别的政策、程序、指导方针；并确保其所负责的各项工作时刻符合相关GMP规范的要求。
