Position: Project Manager & Assistant Project Manager & Project Assistant & Project Trainee

Responsibility:

1.Project Plannign,implementation,verification build,pilot run mass production,control & review with related manufacturing parties(Product Engineering,Production,QA,Manufacturing Engineering,Material,customer service departments etc);

2.Conduct project review meeting and co-ordinate with the responsible team members to make sure project activities take place as schedule and goals are achieved.

3.Quotation and business with customers.

4.Interface with customers on project matters.

5.Motivate teamwork with project team members.

6.Carry out duties as required by supervosor.

7.Perform overall scheduling,planning and delivery commitment.

8.Meet total customer satisfaction,especially for QCD(Quality,Cost,Delivery)

9.To handle special project assignment.

10.Report the project status & problem to management daily/week.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above,major in Engineering,Mechanical,Electonics, Japanese,English or business preferable but not mandatory.

2.Appliant for Project Manager & Assistant Project Manager should have at least 2 years relevant working experience in handleing Project Managerment or Sales of OEM project.Applicant with lesser experience can be apply for Project Assistant or Project Trainee. Undergraduate to apply for internship can also be considered.

3.Good command in Japanese & English.

4.Good command of communication and coordinate skill.

5.Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance.
