工作职责:

    

-区域经销商管理，与经销商制定生意计划并达成区域相应考核指标

    

- 推动区域内重点客户生意发展，尤其是定制化生意发展联合计划的制定及落地，

    

- 当地教育资源及公司资源的统筹协调，以支持当地生意的发展推动

    

- 分销商销售及教育代表团队的能力提升以及日常工作管理，包含区域内沙龙拜访维护，以及店内产品形象维护等的计划制定及跟踪执行
