职位描述
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish department KPI target and manage to approach the target.
- Establish department budget and control spending.
- Develop team function and improve technic skill.
- Implement and standardize TPM, conduct monthly TPM and setting TPM target.
- Establish equipment yearly maintenance plan.
- Establish maintenance document and optimize maintenance plan and method.
- Manage equipment with SAP system.
- Conduct equipment safety testing, technic document management .
- Establish PM plan and repair equipment failure.
- Establish equipment operation rules and maintenance guidance ,ensure equipment be used and maintenance in right way.
- Spare parts management
Education/Experience
- Some university preferred - minimum college graduate.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Auto CAD. have experiences in equipment management and team management.
- Team work orientated is a must. Must be multi-task oriented.
- Demonstrate proficiency in equipment building process, Knowing electronic control system and mechanical theory.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Professional knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO14001;
- Familiar with customer specific requirement .
- Knowledge on ISO14001.
