Responsibilities
Sourcing local vendors according to purchasing process
To negotiate with vendors to save the cost
Continuously improve the supplier service
Cooperate with other department to ensure the supplier’s quality
Schedule and order material needs based on forecasting analyses on history, sales forecast, lead-time, actual demand, etc.
Responsible for maintaining inventory levels

Position Requirements:
BS degree in Chemical enginerring, Chemical process, Fine Chemical and Rubber process (化学工程、化工工艺、精细化工、橡胶工艺) is preferred.
Excellent oral and written English skills
Good PC skills of ERP/Word/Excel/Power point
__2 years minimum experience in a similar position (_rubber part, plastic part or chemicals_ purchasing background is preferred).
Experience in _rubber, chemicals_ (products) purchasing
Good team player and problem analysis skills
3-5 years working experience is preferred.
