职位描述
Job Requirements:
1.Education-BS, BA or Equivalent, preferably with Optics, Physics or Engineering background.
2. Experience: one year or more work in technical sales or service.
3. Special Abilities:
a) Able to comprehend and communicate technical concepts well.
b) Able to work independently in big customer base with minimum supervisory.
c) Must be customer service oriented and proactive in his/her job.
4. Especially for industry production sales.
5. Able to work for business trip
Job Duties:
1. Conducting Sales Operations/Procedures Diligently
1.1 Customer's request for quotations, technical information and product applications are handled in a prompt and accurate manner, principally in 48 hours.
1.2 Appropriate technical sales support is utilized to satisfy customer's questions and requirements.
1.3 Reports to Sales Supervisor in weekly and monthly basis regarding his area of sales responsibilities.
1.4 Trip reports completed in prompt manner within one week.
1.5 Able to achieve set targets and goals.
1.6 Good understanding of customer base and their activities/information.
1.7 Able to handle post-sales service adequately such as Warranty Returns & Customer complaints and maintain records.
1.8 Full understanding of IFS flowcharts and able to maintain good records.
1.9 Strictly follow and adhere to the sales procedures set by the company.
1.10 Ensure customers payment on time.
2. Developing IR Aftermarket Business in China Local Market.
2.1 Able to continuously expand and develop new Aftermarket sales business.
2.2 Execute marketing plan and provide ideas for the development of Aftermarket sales business.
2.3 Make necessary sales calls regularly to visit and assist the customers to well maintain their optics and also increase II-VI products sales.
2.4 Actively conducting marketing activities with direction from Sales Manager.
2.5 Actively participate in trade shows to promote II-VI products.
3) Develop Awareness of Factors Affecting His Area of Sales
3.1 Able to feedback and report on market information in China local market timely.
3.2 Develop knowledge of competitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to II-VI and submit to Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
3.3 Keep updated on new technology developments that may impact II-VI products.
3.4 Keep updated on new developments of customers and industries.
3.5 Able to provide market size, II-VI market shares and number of laser installations in his responsible territories.
