Position Overview: 　 

Responsible for assisting on procurement initiatives as directed. Such as, She/he is responsible for OSC/OOC PO fulfillment, invoice checking, payment application.etc. Support Purchasing engineering/specialist for  RFQ/PCF/PO/Contract/NDA sign-off process and delivery follow up to assure OTD. Support OSC/OOC procurement team daily documents prepare and sign-off. Do sourcing/PCF/PO fufilment and delivery as manager signed commodity(Packing materials, Non-BOM materials, MFG/WH/QA/HR/ADM etc supporting team purchasing demand). Packing material supplier management from TQRDCEB together w/ ENG and QA team. 

 

Responsibilities: 　 

 1. Procurement team payment    application:Do goods receiving and invoice checking, payment documents    readiness, do payment application timely and accurately. 

2.Document supporting to team: New supplier/material evaluation document preparation, document record and archive. OSC new material/supplier code    creation, Petty cash application, Industry waste dealing support, etc.Support    team for document preparation for PO/Contract/NDA sign-off process and follow  up. 

 3. Team Reporting work. Such as, OSC/OOC monthly KPI report, cost saving,    OTD, payment terms, Cash forecast, ERP report, etc.

4. Do sourcing/PCF/PO fulfillment and delivery as manager assigned    commodity(Packing materials, Non-BOM materials, MFG/WH/QA/HR/ADM etc    supporting team purchasing demand).

5. Work w/ ENG and Q team for supplier management to ensure good    performance from TQRDCEB. Supplier issue dealing and performance    improvement.

6. Other tasks as manager assigned. 

Experience & Skill:

3. Good in office software using, such as, excel with reporting data analysis, ppt. etc.

4. Good logical thinking and data analysis. Good excel, ppt reporting skill.

5. Good communication skills and confidence when dealing internally and externally.

7. Self-motivatedm proactive, leraning attitude, willing to face high pressure. 

8. Basic skills in oral and writing in English.
