RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

1. Be responsible for office daily admin work ( Inc. Cleaning, copy paper, postage, water and so on), and record the daily admin cost, make the cost report.

  

负责日常行政事物管理（包括 清洁、文具、复印纸、快递、饮用水等），日常费用核对更进，费用报表制作以及分析。

  

2.Be responsible for cleaning of Beijing offices/Plant, support manage office 5S project.

  

负责办公区域清洁及5S.

  

3. Be responsible for audit facility for public area and make the repairing request.

  

负责各部门公共区域等设备的检查和报修。

  

4. Support on all flight tickets for Commercial staffs and some company visitors, and be responsible for booking hotel and arrange and the rental car for them.

  

负责商务部门员工以及外部访客订酒店、机票、或者租车等。

  

5. Be responsible for book and manage the meeting room reservation system.

  

负责会议室的预订管理系统。

  

6. Conduct reception and prepare the snakes and meeting materials.

  

负责接待访客、外宾以及布置会议室，准备会议茶歇。

  

7. Be responsible for update some staff information in SAP (such as directory and travel authority).

  

负责SAP系统 商务相关信息（如通讯录和差旅权限）的维护。

  

REQUIREMENTS:

  

1.Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.

  

本科人力资源，行政管理，英语或其他相关专业。

2. min. 2 years administration experience in an international manufacturing company in similar function

  至少2年外资企业人力资源及行政管理工作经验。

3. Good knowledge of company administration organization with a strong service orientation.

有良好的公司行政管理组织能力，很强的服务意识。

4. Loyal, mature and self-motivated individual with well-developed skills to lead and efficiently manage the administration function.

诚实，成熟，有较强的自我管理，自我发展能力，高效领导行政管理团队。

5. Be flexible and positive to cooperate with all involved functions.

能够灵活积极地与其他相关部门保持良好合作。

Company profile -SIG Combibloc
  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
  SIG Combibloc entered Chinese market as early as 1985. In July, 2004, the paper plant in Suzhou Industry Park had been in production on a 60,000 square meter site. Not long after that, the assembly center in Suzhou started its operation, in 2010. Until now, the capacity of Suzhou paper plant has reached 12 billion packs per year. In 2017, the construction of Technical Center AP that located in SIP Suzhou is in progress and held ground-breaking ceremony in May 2017.
