Your tasks:

1. Plan, direct, and manage the IT Department in order to ensure development and implementation of cost effective system and efficient operations to meet the company’s current and future requirements

2. Provide counsel and guidance to management personnel to contribute to optimum utilization of information processing services

3. Plan/ control required outsourcing partners, department staffing, hardware/software acquisitions, and facilities to ensure consistency with and support of the corporation’s business plans

4. Establish Chinese IT policies, standards, practices, and security measures to assure effective and consistent information processing, to safeguard the information resources, and maintain consistency with corporate global IT policies

5. Create IT department’s regulations(daily, weekly, monthly and yearly)

6. Support on day-to-day operations and resolve issue for hardware, software and telecommunications

7. Support implementation and ongoing management of ERP software

8. Manage IT project as per company requirements

9. Evaluating the safety, cleaning, environment validity

10. Training subordination and Training evaluation

11. Controlling the waste      

Your profile:

1. College or above. 5 years or more job experience in IT

2. Experience within the Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 AD

3. Experience with ERP Business work flow

4. Experience with wire project

5. Experience with professional Database( Oracle or MS SQL or DB2)

6. Experience with program

7. Experience with IT project

8. Strong communication, motivation and team building skills

9. MCSE
