岗位职责：

1、 负责审核并过账系统中现金及银行存款凭证；

2、 完成系统中结账凭证（对冲收货、预收应收对冲、汇兑损益、坏账准备、存货跌价准备）；

3、 控制财务结账工作时间，按时完成结账工作；

4、 按时完成对外财务月报、年报并完成总部报表；

5、 负责按时准确地计提、申报、缴纳各项税金及完成年度所得税汇算清缴工作；

6、 负责报销和付款的审核工作；

7、 负责季度末核对集团内各公司的往来账，并按时安排付款；

8、 负责年度末开具DEBIT NOTE给集团内公司；

9、 外资企业联合年检，工商年报公示及其他对外报告；

10、负责每月出口退税申报工作；

11、配合年度审计工作；

12、协调税务、银行、统计及其他部门的工作，协调内部各部门的工作；

13、认真完成领导交办的其他业务工作。

岗位要求：

1、性别不限， 审计学、会计学、财务类相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、具有3年以上生产制造企业总账会计工作经验；

3、原则性强，能承受工作压力，综合判断能力强，具有较强的沟通能力、团队

协作能力及良好的职业道德、敬业精神；

4、熟悉财务、税务等相关法律法规；

5、熟练使用office等办公软件、ERP、财务软件。

6、英语听说读写能力好者优先。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide key support to Finance Manager on timely and accurate monthly closing (regular billings, G/L entries, account reconciliations and other related process)

2. Perform monthly and annual tax filing as well as government annual inspection in a timely manner

3. Responsible for Fixed Asset and Project Cost, including CIP review, capitalization, tagging and cycle count.

4. Participant in annual inventory count

5. Cooperate with Government Affairs on government grant collection and other beneficial treatment

6. Cooperate with external auditors on local statuary audit and transfer pricing

7. Cooperate with intercompany partners, resolve unreconcilied items and manage timely foreign payment

8. Participate in department spending budget process

9. Maintain relationship with regulators, including but not limited to Tax Bureau, Statistic Bureau and SAFE.

10. Assist Manager to optimize process and improve efficiency

11. Assist Manager to coach junior team members

Job requirements:

1. Education & Experience

2. Bachelor degree, major in Accounting/ Finance

3. Over 5 years related working experiences in multinational business, at least two years

4. Be Experienced in Statutory reporting/Tax filing

5. Big Four audit firm background is a plus

6. Must be adept in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

7. Fluent oral and written English
