Principal Accountabilities：

（1）协助在各招聘网站发布新职位，刷新职位信息，管理招聘渠道，以及资源分配；

（2）访寻目标候选人,获取候选人基本信息并做初步筛选。

（3）协助联络候选人，安排候选人和面试官的面试；

（4） 协助新员工入职材料收集，核查，及信息通知；

Key Qualities Required：

1.要求逻辑清晰，语言表达流畅，口齿伶俐；

2.做过人事招聘相关工作者优先，能立即上岗者优先。

Qualifications：

（1）21-25岁，男女不限，本科以上学历；

（2）有1年以上招聘、猎头经验优先；

（3）学习能力强，有较强的责任心和抗压能力；

（4）思维敏捷,良好的沟通技巧；
