任务:

确保和促进中国供应商遵守Nordex集团的全球质量标准。

职能:

·直接向中国QHSE经理汇报，向全球SQA(欧洲及国际)汇报职能。

·由全球SQA(欧洲及国际)或QHSE经理(应全球SQA的要求)领导，参与供应商审核，并在全球SQA(欧洲及国际)考虑时执行审核。

·审计结果与全球SQA(欧洲和国际)保持一致。

·全球SQA(欧洲及国际)根据全球流程考虑原型支持和首个样品的一致性，跟进零件的制造、制造流程和质量流程。

不合格品和质量报告。

在中国发现问题时进行不良反应的管理，并由全球SQA为主要不良反应提供支持。

在供应链中发现不合格品时，参与并支持供应商。

在SAP(欧洲分部)或QSE(国际分部)建立关于供应商现场偏差的Q-notification(供应商偏差请求，Nordex在供应商现场的发现)，并协调全球SQA

在全球SQA/PQA/claim的领导下，支持供应商现场对Nordex中检测到的偏差进行纠正并采取行动

领导检验员工作。根据检验计划和交货情况，协调检验工作。向全球SQA和QHSE中国区经理修订结果、分析和报告关键绩效指标。

供应商过程审核，过程保证。

流程改进和开发始终与全球SQA保持一致。

经中国QHSE经理考虑，向中国QHSE经理提供有关工作范围的一般信息。

主要负责电气部分，如:发电机、变压器、变频器、电缆、机柜等。

汇报对象：中国质量安全经理

职位要求：

较高的中英文水平。

机械工程(电气自动化优专业先)学位。

有质量管理和保证方面的经验。

良好的电气零件知识。

可以经常出差。

电力专业知识。

有专业的检验和测试知识。

语言：英语，德语是加分项

经验：至少5年工作经验

Job Name : Electric SQA

Work place: Based in Shanghai, but with high travelling

Mission :

Guarantee and facilitate the compliance with the Nordex Group global quality standards for suppliers in China.

Functions :

· Direct report to QHSE Manager in China, and functional report to Global SQA (Europe & International).

· Supplier audit participation, leaded by Global SQA (Europe & International) or QHSE Manager (on request of Global SQA), and execution of audits when considered by Global SQA (Europe & International).

· Audit findings actions tracking in alignment with Global SQA (Europe & International).

· Prototype support & First samples homologation when considered by Global SQA (Europe & International) according to the global process, follow up the manufacturing of the parts, manufacturing process and quality processes.

NCR & Q-Notification.

NCR management when the issue is found in China, and supported by Global SQA for major NCR.

Participation and support with the supplier when NCR is found in Supply Chain.

Set up Q-notification in SAP (division Europe) or QSE (division international) for deviations at supplier site (supplier deviation request, findings at supplier site by Nordex) and coordination towards Global SQA

· Support the deviation solving and action implementation at suppliers site for deviations detected in Nordex, process led by Global SQA/PQA/Claim

· Leading the inspector activities. Coordinate the inspections, according to the Inspection Plan and the deliveries. Revision of the results, analysis and reporting KPIs to Global SQA and QHSE Manager China.

· Process audits at suppliers, process assurance.

· Process improvement & development always aligned with Global SQA.

· Generally information regarding scope of work towards QHSE Manager China when considered by QHSE Manager China.

· This position is mainly focus on the electrical parts, such as: generator, transformer, converter, cables, and cabinets.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Qualification/Training : training needed

Languages/Level : Chinese and English

Experience

High Chinese and English language level.

Engineering (electric automatic is preferred) degree.

Experience in Quality Management & Assurance.

Good knowledge for electrical parts.

Available to travel high frequently.

Specific commodity knowledge.

Specific inspection and testing knowledge for the commodity.

Languages/Level : Fluent English, german will be valued.

Wind turbine assembly plants

ACCIONA Windpower has five wind turbine manufacturing facilities, three in Spain, one in the USA and one in Brazil. Their total annual production capacity is 4,000 MW. ACCIONA Windpower also has an assembly plant for hubs and other components in Toledo (Spain) and has opened a blade production plant in Navarre (Spain) in 2009.

By the end of 2012 ACCIONA Windpower had installed wind turbines in wind farm in different countries as: Spain, the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Australia, China, South Korea, Italy, Greece, France, Poland, Brazil, the UK.

A good part of these projects have been (or will be) carried out by other companies with which ACCIONA Windpower has signed contracts for the supply of turbines. This modality will increase over the next few years.
