职位职责：

1、客户投诉的调查、追踪与客户反馈以及退货产品的处理：负责总结、分析客户投诉率以及跟踪厂内品质改善的有效措施和对策。
Claim investigation and follow up corrective action,analysis on Customer complains and trace preventive actions
2、生产过程的质量监控与异常处理，生产过程数据分析与处理
Quality inspection during production process,data analysis and report
3、熟悉涂布和分切操作工艺
Knowledge of coating and slitting Process and Operation
