岗位工作职责

解决生产工艺和生产过程中出现的相关问题；

指导技术员和操作工设定工艺参数和正确操作机器；

不断改进注塑工艺；

与模具或维护人员合作制定维护工作指导书；

与模具设计人员合作解决磨具设计、制造或使用过程中出现的相关问题；

协助质量工程师解决质量问题并制定质量检测标准。负责新产品的管理和协调；

制定并更新工作标准相关政策以保证实现部门目标；

与其它部门员工进行跨部门合作以解决工作中出现的问题，从而保证工作目标的如期完成。

岗位工作要求

大学本科或以上学历，理工科专业背景，男女不限；

具有5年以上实际工作经验，3年或以上注塑方面相关工作经验；

良好的作业指导书写作技能、良好的现场操作培训技能及良好的沟通能力；

良好的问题分析技巧及现场问题解决能力；

具有较好的中英文表达能力。
