岗位工作职责

1、负责开发注塑模具以满足项目和生产的需要
2、为新项目提供具体报价，对新项目提供可行性解决方案
3、分析并解决生产现场与模具相关的技术和质量问题，保证生产的正常运行
4、跟踪整个模具项目从调试至最终成型
5、解决模具工艺中涉及到的所有问题
6、参与并解决模具工艺问题
7、部件审核、可行性评估和模具结构确认
8、模具技术改进， 可行性评估及模具结构的确认
9、协调供应商和客户及其他各部门的沟通
10、管理注塑部门的所有技术文件和资料，制定和绘制模具图纸和技术文件
11、制定注塑部门相关的各类工作指导书，规范改进注塑部门的日常管理工作
12、管理剩余设备以供现有注塑生产所需
13、协助模具备件的管理，并提供相关的技术支持

岗位工作要求

1、具有模具或机械专业大专或以上学历
2、至少3年以上精密注塑行业或制造行业模具工程师或模具设计工作经验，汽车行业精密注塑件设计经验更佳
3、熟悉模具设计和注塑工艺，熟悉注塑模具结构
4、能够与供应商、客户和各部门保持良好的沟通
5、具有团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作
6、熟练使用英语（听说读写）（四级或以上），能用英语交流，掌握模具相关专业英语
7、Cad 相关知识(AutoCAD, Solidworks)
