岗位：高级注塑设备工程师 Sr. Injection Equipment Engineer
工作地点：苏州工业园区
汇报对象：设备经理

岗位工作职责
1、协助设备经理制定公司生产设备管理的各种规章制度，并推进其贯彻执行；
2、保障设备的正常运行，及日常设备管理、维护、维修、保养, 确保生产顺利进行；
3、根据制程及生产的需要，优化改造现有设备，或评估新设备；
4、定期组织产线设备管理检查、考核；
5、参与重大设备事故的处理；
6、组织审定技措、检修方案，参与竣工验收；
7、负责部门设备员工的日常管理、考核，安全教育等知识的培训及技术管理和指导。

岗位工作要求
1、大专及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、五年以上生产设备维修保养经验，至少三年以上模具注塑行业设备部门工作经验，熟悉各种注塑机型及其零部件；
3、熟悉产线设备管理流程，精通各种注塑机机械维修保养；
4、具有较强的设备优化及改造经验，理论基础与动手能力俱佳；
5、具有较强的组织协调及解决问题的能力和良好的团队合作精神；
6、具有极强的责任心；
7、具备简单的英文口语沟通能力和较好的书面英语沟通能力。
