岗位：注塑设备经理
工作地点：常州市
汇报对象：总经理

岗位工作职责
1、统筹管理公司内所有生产类设备固定资产；
2、根据ISO质量体系要求，组织制订和实施各类设备的维护保养程序的文件；
3、制订和落实设备管理计划，做好设备更新、改造、关键设备大修的管理工作；
4、保障设备的正常运行，及设备管理、维护、维修、保养, 确保生产顺利进行；
5、进行设备技术评估和设备安装布局设计；
6、组织制定设备管理流程和设备操作规程并实施和开展操作培训；

岗位工作要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、八年以上生产设备维修保养经验，至少三年以上模具注塑行业设备部门管理经验，熟悉各种注塑机型及其零部件；
3、熟悉产线设备管理流程，精通相关工程机械维修保养；
4、具有极强的设备优化及改造经验，理论基础与动手能力俱佳；
5、有出色的设备管理经验和人员管理经验，制度建设能力强；
6、具有出色的组织协调及解决问题的能力和良好的团队合作精神；
7、具有极强的责任心。
