职位：注塑生产经理Injection Production Manager
汇报对象：生产营运副总
工作地点：常州市

岗位工作职责
1、组织实施公司下达的生产经营计划，保质保量地完成生产任务，确保安全高效高质生产；
2、负责编制年度生产计划和月度生产计划，提出生产部工作目标，并实施整改方案，组织落实、监督和调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；
3、负责车间基础设备管理和维护，保证生产现场正常生产；
4、负责建立本部门组织架构，拟定年度用人计划，并确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤和工作任务；
5、指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，主持本部门员工的任用、培训、调配和评估等各项工作；
6、负责编制本部门预算，贯彻、执行公司成本控制目标；
7、严格执行生产安全管理制度，负责本部门员工生产安全教育和管理，对本部门安全生产负责。

岗位工作要求
1、35岁或以上，本科或以上学历，机械、自动化控制或企业管理等相关专业；
2、8年以上制造或相关行业外商独资企业生产管理工作经验以及丰富的人员管理经验；
3、至少两年注塑工厂生产管理经验
4、具有良好的管理理念、品质管理意识和成本控制能力；
5、有较强的判断能力、分析和解决问题能力，擅长沟通与协调，具有影响力、应变能力，
善于发挥团队精神；
6、良好的英语听说读写能力；
7、熟练使用办公自动化软件。
