- Job responsibilities:

Apply company quality policy and develop, implement and maintain effective quality assurance system according to TS16949 requirements on DCC , inspection control, calibration, Lab management, audit, customer service, staff training, management review, continuous improvement and supplier quality management etc;


Manage effectively of whole quality department including Staff recruitment, Training, Work allocations and assignment for all the quality functions to ensure the best results;


Monitor, measure and continually improve vendor's quality and delivery performance working efficiently with the Purchasing and Logistics functions;


Collect and analyze the data of nonconformities, customer complaints and failures in processes; Organize quality meetings to review QOS and cooperate with production department to conduct continuous improvement;


Monitor manufacturing system and take fast corrective action when necessary to minimize defects and potential failures;


Organize the internal audit and external audit; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of the system;


Handling customer complaints and coordinating internally among departments to take preventive actions and quickly response to customers' concerns;


Manage the preparation and update of document such as procedures, work instructions, Quality Control Plans, Checklists etc.;


Conduct quality test or measurement machine, tooling and fixture sourcing, quotation and purchasing with the help from the buyer;


Support by Planning , maintaining and preparing data for the businesses Operational goals including Quality objectives, budgets, Management Review and Business Improvement Initiatives;


Participate in the verification and validation of new project by arranging measurement and test assistance during sampling stage and communicate with customers;


- Job requirements:
University graduate, At least 5 years experience in related area;
Self-motivation and performance oriented;
Knowledgeable of different QC tools and methodologies;
Good communication skill;
Good command of computer.
Fluent in English & Chinese both in writing and oral.


- Skills / Qualifications requirements:
Exposures on problem solving techniques;
Strong analytical skills and familiar of data analysis;
Good understanding of ISO/TS16949/ ISO14001;
Have the knowledge and application experience of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA etc
