领导维护技术员的设备维修维护工作
•Responsible project on schedule
负责工程项目的实施
•Responsible fix serious Equipment
负责解决设备的重大问题
•Responsible seek and fix the Equipment technology
负责研究和解决设备工艺问题
•Planned preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to relevant procedure.
按相关检修程序对生产设备进行预防性计划检修和维护.
•Set up new equipment and install new facility.
新设备的安装调试
•In-process maintenance and repair as required, Trouble shooting of faults on manufacturing equipment and processes.
按生产需要进行在线修理和维护, 生产设备及流程中的故障处理
•Design of new or retrofit mechanical equipment, jigs and fixtures etc.
重新制作或改进机械设备,工装夹具等的设计.
•Liaising with both customers and suppliers.
与客户及供应商保持良好的沟通
•Preparing/updating process instructions.
编写/更新作业指导书
•Plant layout design & support.
厂房布局设计及协助完成
•Cost reduction via machine improvement.
改进设备性能以降低生产成本
•Yield improvements
提升良品率
•Equipment/machinery maintenance and availability.
设备/机台的及时维修及可用.
•Promote and encourage team working and good communication.
推进和鼓励团队合作及相互间良好的沟通.
•Incident reporting and liasing with Shift Supervisors, Engineering Technicians, Health and Safety Officer.
与当班的生产主管,其他技术员及健康安全责任人相互协调合作,及时通报突发事故.

岗位要求:
•Electro-mechanical.
电气-机械知识
•Pneumatic/ Hydraulic systems.
气动/液压系统相关知识
•Computer skills.
计算机技能
•Good Problem solving abilities.
及时迅速解决问题的能力
•Ability to work under pressure in a high volume-manufacturing environment.
大规模生产环境中在压力下工作的能力.
•Good personal characters and communication skills
良好的个人品质及沟通能力。
•Ability to work unsupervised
主动自觉工作的意识
•College education above in mechanical,electrical engineering
大专以上工程或机电一体化专业毕业
•Good for variety of PLC
熟练使用各种类型的PLC
•Able to ngineering Solidworks Design and CAD Drawing
工程设计，3DSolidworks的设计能力和CAD制图能力
•Good to read and write in English and oral.
熟练的英语听说写。
•Staff development and motivation.
自我发展与自我激励.
•Team work spirit
团队精神。
•At least experience with equipment upgrade on productivity,maintainability,quality is preferred
