Responsibilities:
1. Define, architect, and implement creative and scalable web-based UI for our products.
2. Work in close collaboration with development or customer facing groups and provide all groups with a clear, accurate, evolving user interface design/prototype.
3. Participate in complete software development life cycle from functional specification to production system support.

Requirements:
1. BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering related.
2. At least 3 years Web UI experiences in designing user interfaces and web sites.
3. Experience in user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
4. Experience developing high performance widget, web components, and portlet.
5. Experience in frontend web development experience (HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, DOM, JAVASCRIPT, XML, Flex, etc.). 6. Be creative, innovative and always look for improvements.
7. Experience in Java, frontend Ajax framework, JQuery, Ext Js, is better.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.

要求：
1.计算机科学与工程或者相关专业本科或硕士学历
2.3年以上设计用户界面和网站的UI工作经验
3.有以用户为中心的设计方法和可用性测试的相关工作经验
4.开发高性能微件、网络部件和门户组件的相关工作经验
5.具有前端网站的开发经验（HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, DOM, JAVASCRIPT, XML, Flex等等）
6.有创造力并且保持寻求能力的提高发展
7.有Java，frontend Ajax framework，JQuery，Ext Js相关工作经验的优先考虑
8.良好的中英文交流沟通能力
