主要职责Main Responsibilities：

Defines, implements and oversees all means necessary to validate the products.
Ensures consistency of tests to customer specifications (internal / external).
Establishes and manages the budget of the activity of the Lab.
Establishes and provides the investment plan in accordance with the direction
Brings its expertise in case of issues with supplier or customer.
He is the contact during audits by customers or by certification organism.
Manages and coordinates the team (workload, versatility, training plan, communication ...).
Able to use testing devices (microscope, ...)
Assessment Criteria :
Timeliness of delivery of reports.
Perception by customers in terms of image, responsiveness and credibility.


辅助职责Secondary Responsibilities：

Develops and coordinates partnerships with the central R&D in Europe.



任职资格Qualifications：

· Engineering degree predominantly mechanical and/or Metallurgical.

· With experience of at least 5 years in R & D or in Quality department in the automotive industry.

· Fluent in English

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
