Duties and Responsibilities
? Support new product & test development and its smooth transition to mass production ie:-
- Product characterization, test development, product release and sample
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to new product & test development.
? Product sustaining and customer support till end of product life cycle.
? Establish communication channels with on-shore Product Line and Asia Pacific factories line personnel for closed loop communication channel to support new product development and smooth transition to volume manufacturing.
? Maintain work environment to 5S standard.
? Conform work procedure and product to meet Fairchild and International quality, safety and environmental quality standards.

Qualifications
? BSEE or equivalent (Master degree preferred), with 8 to 10 yrs product or test engineering experience in MEMS products, analog IC (including multi-chip) or related products.
? Good communication skills - verbal and written.
? Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations.
? People management and project management skills.
? Results/goal oriented.
