Duties and Responsibilities

? Provide technical leadership at certain process steps. When delegated, coordinate and arrange the daily work for a team of engineers align with business need, coach and develop junior engineer's capability.
? Work with other function group and provide leadership to improve yield and %SCOP performance.
? Lead the team to use FMEA/CP/DOE/Six Sigma etc as the continuous improvement tools to improve process capability towards zero defects.
? Support the success of new product introduction and capacity expansion, follow up with APQP requirements.
? Lead the team to improve process quality, address the customer complaints and prevent the recurrence, address top process PPM defects by robust process setup.
? Participate in cost reduction initiatives and work for material 2nd sources and localization.
? Other responsibility to be assigned based on the business need.


Qualifications

? Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering and Science.
? 4 years above semiconductor engineering experience.
? Work interdependent.
