职位描述
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, computer major or relevant.
2. At least 5 years working experience in IT position.
3. Good communication skills both in English and mandarin (oral and written)
4. Good knowledge of SAP system.
5. Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including strong Microsoft skills. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
6. Familiar with Microsoft server 2003 and exchange 2007 or above administration, network (WAN and LAN), Cisco Routers and Switches, Firewall, Desktop systems
Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day management of the IT department, including budget and internal control work
2. Daily support SAP system, like MM/PP/SD/QM modules, familiar with the interface to FI/CO, know the detailed process for the above modules
3. Daily support the printer, especially for the related SAP document printing and label printing issue from SAP system
4. Responsible for all the company computers and servers running healthy, update and run the anti-virus routinely for all the computer equipments, and resolve the problems forecasted or encountered
5. Work with business and HQ IT team to identify, schedule and prioritize activities to ensure delivery of project solution and budget constraints
6. Keep excellent IT teamwork and good relationship with other business departments
7. Install, test, and operate, upgrade and maintenance hardware, software and computer room equipment.
8. Ensure IT compliance in licensing/security
9. Negotiate with the suppliers to obtain the best quality products or services at the lowest total cost for computer and related equipment.
10. Maintain the company phone system, security Monitoring system and the Pro/E files
11. Offer related IT training
12. Other duties as assigned
