1、 理解客户的标准，规范和其他需求，将客户要求/需求准确的传达到公司内部的相关部门和人员。
2、 联络客户SQE，PE，沟通内部相关部门，协调处理客户质量问题
3、 跟踪内部产品制造过程，进行失效产品分析，确认交货产品质量满足客户要求， 定期提供产品质量信息。
4、 制定内部品质文件，提出质量控制方案，参与内部改善，执行内部审核。
5、 协助管理和培训品质部技术员和检验员，完成公司委托的相关工作。
6、英语能力优秀，沟通无障碍。
7、熟悉GM系统相关的运营流程。
