Reports to (Title)/ 汇报对象 (职位):General Manager (with indirect reporting to Group EHS Director)

职位职责：
1. Responsible for the management and development of all Health & Safety systems for the site, in line with all Local and Corporate requirements. Will ensure that the site is compliant with all local laws and J&J guidelines. Will lead the efforts towards the relevant certifications. Will ensure that Health & Safety is a critical objective for all.
2. Responsible for the management and development of all Environmental systems within the site, in line with all Local and Corporate requirements. Will ensure that the site is compliant with local Environmental laws and J&J guidelines. Will lead the effort towards the relevant certifications (ISO14001). Will maintain awareness within the plant and ensures that environmental issues are a critical objective for all. Will develop solutions to minimize energy / water usage and cost.
3. Participates in the development of the department Quality system and ensure compliance with the company quality policy.
4. Participate to the development of a Business Continuity Plan.
5. No lost work day cases or any accident.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulatory requirements for Johnson & Johnson and local government authorities.
