职责描述：
负责公司客户接待、会议、大型活动等设计的会务和茶歇等准备和安排工作
负责重要、高级别接待、会议室使用的全程服务工作
负责公司接待物资日常维护和会议室管理工作
其他日常会务工作
独立承担接待项目，有应变能力，协调处理会务接待中的应急事件
向来访者介绍展示公司形象
任职要求：
五官端正气质佳
专科以上
酒店管家、会议服务，宴会服务主管等2+相关经验优先
高级别领导接待和重大活动接待经验优先
具有较强的沟通协调能力，具备妥善处理突发事件的能力
熟悉office等软件操作，有一定数据分析和文案能力
具有较强抗压能力，执行力强，表达准确，积极主动
工作时间：大小周（每个月需加班两天，按国家标准加班补贴）
