职位描述
Job Description:
1. Ensure and develop the professional customer support for internal and external.
2. As window to communicate with customer for all the technical issues.
3. Analysis all the claim products and prepare professional technical report to customer.
4. Arrange and perform regular quality meetings with customers as necessary
5. Coordinate with customer, production line and TC Germany to analysis and solve claim issues.
6. Maintain and modify failure analysis lab equipment.
7. Collect and monitor all the claim data until all the logistic issue closes.
8. Ensure the implementation of benefit programs in line with company policies.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above,
2. Preferably the major in Physics, Electronic, Lighting or Engineering field
3. At least 3 years relevant experience in QA or TC function.
4. Familiar with customer service
5. Familiar with some quality tool: 8D report,
6. Good communication skills on international level, intercultural trainings required
7. Work in complex international structure
8. Work cross functional across different factories and suppliers
9. Handle a wide spread product spectrum with several different technologies.
10. Internally communicate with all departments and expatriates as well, in form of e-mail, phone call, memo and meeting
11. Externally communicate with customer in form of e-mail, phone call, fax and letter and meeting.
12. To be able to lead team members to implement the procedures.
13. To be able to organization projects.
14. To be able to evaluate subordinates' performance
15. To be able to organize the meeting with customer independence.
16. Good English skill in writing, reading and speaking
17. Good interpersonal skills
18. Personality: conscientious, careful, initiative, customer oriented, willing to learn
19. Have a strong sense of confidentiality.
