Responsibilities

1. Direct the day-to-day operations of all quality functions including quality control, quality engineering and quality management system

2. Liaise with Corporate Quality to maintain the quality management system and drive operation excellence & best practice

3. Work directly with all company leaders to ensure full implementation of the Corporate Quality Systems

4. Develop and manage company wide quality metrics used to monitor performance and promote continuous improvement

5. Insure that customer high standards are met in all of the company products

6. Insure that quality control guidelines are effectively integrated into the manufacturing process so as to maintain production schedule and reduce cycle time

7. Lead the company's Lean Six Sigma initiative

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

2. At least 10 years solid experience in quality management with at least 5 years in management level

3. Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and a good team player

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Good command of written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin

6. Proficiency in PC operations and CAD application

7. Solid experience in managing the ISO9000/TL9000 & ISO14000 Management Systems
