Position Title: Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY

This function is responsible for providing maintenance cover for all current and future manufacturing processes. With responsibilities for the maintenance and upkeep of all Band-It facilities ensuring all Health and Safety and building regulations are adhered to.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Write and executes all maintenance related plans with goals that support corporate objectives
? Develop, implement and manage PM program & action plan of all equipment & tools,
? Responsible for maintenance support of all existing machines/equipment, also assist in new production technology trial experiment and implementation. Technical support on new project's design and implementation
? Responsible for establishment, adjustment and maintenance of new facilities/machines and technical reform on existing production machines/facilities
? Responsible for Spare parts management of facilities/machines
? Document all technical information of equipment & tools such as service manual, installation manual, drawing etc Documented all repair/setup/P.M record
? Ensure that the engineering maintenance work is compliant compliance with EHS policy; also ensuring the safety of all the employees and contractors
? Assists in the maintenance of power press tools


SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

Technical
? Knowledge of equipment and maintenance programming and data collection system
? Excellent working knowledge of hydraulics
? Excellent working knowledge of pneumatics
? Knowledge of electrical installation and systems
? Knowledge of machining techniques for press tool repairs
? Knowledge of PLC fault finding and problem solving



Human Relations
? Can read and write English documents
? Must work well with others and perform well as part of a team
? Hands on, ownership, proactive



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED


Educational
? Junior college's Degree in Engineering/Electrical, and/or similar discipline.

Professional
? 3 years demonstrated experience in maintenance Department
? Good communication skills
