Requirement:
o Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering is preferable.
o Minimum 2 years experiences in High-volume Manufactory and industrial experiences will be an advantage.
o Good English communication skill both in verbal and written.
o Strong communication and organizational skills, and capability in self -managing projects.
o Excellent skills about TPM, manufacturing excellent, lean manufacturing, DOE, FMEA, SPC, problem solving etc.
o Be familiar with TPS knowledge and lean production experience will be a plus.
o Well-versed with office software and Auto-CAD preferred.
Responsibility:
o Identify the capability of each work center in terms of machine, man, method, material and environment, provide solution on efficiency improvement.
o Perform Improvement tools into each work center such as DOE, FMEA, SPC, PDCA etc, on the analysis of data, action plan implementation and continuous improvement.
o Establish the documentation of standard operation practices to each work center and clearly identify the critical aspects in order to standardize the process flow.
o Continuously improve the process and focus on frontline of production.
o Perform cost evaluation for continuous improvement with cost efficiency.
o Assist production team on troubleshooting for improvement.

    莹特丽科技（苏州工业园区）有限公司是莹特丽集团于2005年在苏州工业园区注册的一家以内销为主的化妆品研发生产公司，占地1.5万平方米，2006年底建成，2007年2月开始试生产，主要为国内客户提供彩妆及护肤的一条龙服务。由于业务发展需要，在2013年6月又在园区筹建了莹特丽科技的新厂区，并在2015年3月开始试生产，截至2016年，成品总产能已达1.78亿件。
