职位描述
1.Handing customer feedback and proving some proposals according to their demands;
2.Customer service (regular adding and reducing the number of employees in customers' companies that need the service);
3.Managing customer relationship;
4.Visiting the customers and doing some surveys about the service;
5.Customer satisfaction surveys;
6.Contract renewals;
7.Periodic telephone calls and contact with customers, maintaining the relationship with customers, and keeping checking the quality of the service;
8.Periodic checking the stock and making sure of the proper quantity of the stock for the customers;
9.Checking the collecting of the unpaid invoices;
